About me
I am a BACP registered counsellor offering Person-centred counselling.
Based in Southwick in West Sussex, I offer face to face, online and telephone appointments.
My non directive approach, as a person centred counsellor encourages a collaborative relationship that is led by you, the client.
I hope to offer a warm and safe environment, providing a space where you can focus on what matters to you.

What I offer as a person centred counsellor.
I believe that every person has the ability to grow and change in a positive direction, to enhance their experience.
The therapeutic relationship encourages growth, by offering a space in which a person can explore their experiences with another to gain a better understanding of themselves.
With this understanding, often comes acceptance and with it a greater trust in Self.
I have seen in my personal and professional experience, how someone with a greater trust in Self, may feel more empowered to make changes.
There is no right way for you to be in our sessions. I will be present to witness the difficulties you may be facing and the uncomfortable emotions you may be feeling, so that we can better understand them together.

Each session is 50 minutes long.

I charge £45 to £60 per session. This sliding scale allows you to pay a price that fits your budget.

This is very personal to each individual. There is no need to commit to a number of sessions. We can discuss between us what might feel best for you.

I do not charge a cancellation fee. I do ask that you let me know 24 hours before if you cannot attend, but I also understand that it is not always possible to do so.

I offer a free initial session so that we can discuss what you are looking for and how we might work together.
